About Us

Our Managing Director Mark Andre has been active within the cleaning industry for nearly 40 years, having built a very successful business overseas prior to immigrating to Australia in 2000.

Upon arrival he established Supercare Cleaning. During the first months of operation he worked from home servicing many of the small accounts himself.

Over the years Mark has gained significant exposure to the service requirements of most industries commercial, medical, pharmaceutical, entertainment, educational, aged and healthcare. This Knowledge he freely shares with his team. He is the person you can chat with and he will help you to formulate solutions. He is interested in hearing how every client site is performing. He is approachable friendly and totally involved.

Cleaning is a people business and as such Mark’s first focus is in the employees. Ensuring they are looked after in all aspects of their employment, in particular in ensuring they have the skill set, enthusiasm and passion for the work they undertake. A great deal of thought goes into the selection of the team members. He looks at the team holistically selecting personnel that will complement the team. Mark truly believes that Supercare’s success has been brought about by its people, and their positive contribution to the targets and objectives of the company day in day out 365 days per year.

This is reflected in the retention of many of the early clients secured in 2001. This is a record that is unheard of in today’s marketplace.

Neil was in the British Navy before meeting his Australian bride. He came to Australia and worked within the Cleaning Industry prior to joining Mark in 2006.

Neil has been part of an extraordinary journey, working with Mark to build a successful and progressive cleaning company. Neil understands the need to be innovative in meeting the specific requirements of each site. He remains diligent in seeking new methods, better equipment and products to assist the cleaners on site and in doing so provide the client with a site they can be proud of.

Prior to being General Manager he was Operations Manager using skills learnt in the Navy of risk assessment, planning and implementing transition training and systems for all new sites. Neil values and acknowledges the need for ongoing training. His management style is congruent with the development of a strong team spirit. His detailed approach and open nature ensures customer satisfaction

Greg Palmer has been with the company since 2016. Greg is well known and respected within the Aged & Health Sector with over 28 years’ experience working in Senior Management Roles for a number of Multi-National companies.

His appointment established our new company Supercare Aged & Health Services, which has grown under his leadership.
Greg prides himself in his partnership approach with his clients.

He shares his knowledge and experience with the staff to ensure the staff are trained to meet the often difficult rigors within this environment. He is particularly attentive in regard to infection control ensuring it understood and meticulously carried out.

His focus and dedication to the client, documentation and the systems implemented ensure that accreditation standards are seamlessly met which strengthens relations and retention of clients.

Durasha joined the Supercare team in 2017, having gained 12 years of experience in facilities management in Australia and New Zealand.

She gained a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Management), plus completing Postgraduate Marketing Studies in NZ. Once her studies were concluded she joined the facilities management industry where she performed various roles in Marketing, Account Management and Business Development for a multinational organisation.

In 2012, in recognition of her performance she was promoted and relocated to Australia, where she focused on training and development of sales teams in both Australia and NZ.
Durasha comes to Supercare with extensive experience having headed up a large sales teams in Sydney. Her division in Australia was recognised as the top performing team globally. Her skills involve; marketing, business development, account management, recruiting, training, budgets and cost management, dealing with suppliers and operations.

Her sales approach is; “it is a consultative process where we work with the client to identify the current situation and identify the client’s needs. Within this process we develop solutions, to improve the standards whilst achieving cost efficiencies. Applying this approach ensures that we built strong relationships with our client and they become advocates for Supercare.”

Her current role at Supercare involves focusing on, business development nationally, marketing and customer service.

Peter Vanzwan, our NSW Operations Manager joined the company in 2017. He comes with a wealth of experience in cleaning and facilities management industry in Australia.

His skills and knowledge is not limited to the operational activities, he has been involved in customer service, key account management. His focus is in all rolls is client retention.

Peter thrives in achieving continuous improvement through innovative solutions on all the sites, his key goal is to get the job done and exceed where possible the clients expectations.

He is passionate and is a great believer in working with his team to motivate and coach the team to achieve their personal goals. He looks after his staff, people enjoy coming to work for Supercare which results in looking after their clients.

Tracie has 13 years’ experience in the cleaning industry initially working as a cleaner. Through hard work and determination Tracie worked her way up within the industry. Tracie gained over 7 years’ experience in Operations before she joined Supercare in 2015 as our State Manager, responsible for both Sales and Operations.

Starting from grass roots has given her an advantage as she understands all aspects of cleaning which aids in the building of relationships with clients and cleaners. She completely understands their needs in this changing environment.

During her time with Supercare she has achieved a remarkable level of client retention, this is a result of her ability to remain focused on the job at hand whilst working tirelessly under pressure.

Tracie’s easy manner and emphasis on customer satisfaction helps her build great relationships.

Saurajit made the decision to turn away from his degree in Network Engineering to pursue a career in Cleaning.

Saurajit (Roy) joined Supercare team in 2015, after 10 years in corporate environments and working his way to management roles within Australian Cleaning Industry.

With his vast business management and team leadership experience, Saurajit soon found his niche in developing and leading Supercare’s branch in Melbourne. The Victorian branch has grown significantly since he has taken over. Saurajit’s passion for cleaning industry combined with his can-do approach to customer service excellence, Saurajit became a positive influence on the entire Supercare team.

He is a strong driving force in ensuring the Supercare sales, operational and support team truly understand the customer needs and that the customer is central to everything we do. He offers valuable insight and disciplined approach to promoting innovation in everything we do, to ensure Supercare’s sales, operational and support teams are at the forefront of Australian Cleaning Industry.
