With the new financial year upon us it is important to reflect upon the remarkable year just past. A big thank you to our General Managers, who have guided the success of both the Commercial and Healthcare Divisions as well as the fabulous team that they lead.
In 2017 we made a bold decision to spread our wings Nationally, offering our larger national clients the benefit of having Supercare take care of their service needs. This has created many opportunities for both divisions. We have partnered with likeminded businesses, in Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory offering our National Clients a one-stop shop.
Innovation has also been at the forefront of our growth with the introduction of Environmentally responsible systems allowing Supercare to reduce its chemical usage by 70% in addition to labour saving technology affording us to provide a more complete and inclusive service package whilst remaining competitive.
Supercare works on the principle of ensuring sufficient labour resources are available to ensure clients become a partner in the maintaining of their property servicing needs. In order to fulfil these requirements, our Customer Service Managers / Area Managers have a maximum number of clients, so that they are able to devote the time needed by Clients, to assist with the training of our service personnel in understand the vital elements of every site.
As costs increase, Supercare will continue to invest in new methodology, systems and technology to remain competitive and be a leader in the field.
