2018 was an exceptional year for Supercare. Our team worked hard in securing a number of Blue Chip companies many with a National presence.  Supercare  provides integrated services from Mackay to Tasmania as well as Perth, Darwin and Adelaide.

 Even more impressive, we maintained our excellent client retention record, which can be contributed to the high level of service provided by our operations team.  This has been achieved by our well trained cleaners and our responsive management team. I am truly proud of having such a dedicated and loyal team.

 2019 presents new challenges in meeting the demands of an ever increasing competitive marketplace.  One of the ongoing challenges is to educate new clients in the pit falls of accepting the cheapest price. It is hoped that in time the market will correct itself.  As a service provider that takes the extra measures to provide cost effective quality cleaning we wish to be measured on performance and not just price. 

 Supercare will during 2019 continue to seek the best equipment and products available and invest in technology to assist both our valued clients and cleaners in achieving better outcomes in communication, transparency and overall consistent standard.
