Mark Andre
Director
Our Managing Director Mark Andre has been active within the cleaning industry for nearly 40 years, having built a very successful business overseas prior to immigrating to Australia in 2000.
Upon arrival he established Supercare Cleaning. During the first months of operation he worked from home servicing many of the small accounts himself.
Over the years Mark has gained significant exposure to the service requirements of most industries commercial, medical, pharmaceutical, entertainment, educational, aged and healthcare. This Knowledge he freely shares with his team. He is the person you can chat with and he will help you to formulate solutions. He is interested in hearing how every client site is performing. He is approachable friendly and totally involved.
Cleaning is a people business and as such Mark’s first focus is in the employees. Ensuring they are looked after in all aspects of their employment, in particular in ensuring they have the skill set, enthusiasm and passion for the work they undertake. A great deal of thought goes into the selection of the team members. He looks at the team holistically selecting personnel that will complement the team. Mark truly believes that Supercare’s success has been brought about by its people, and their positive contribution to the targets and objectives of the company day in day out 365 days per year.
This is reflected in the retention of many of the early clients secured in 2001. This is a record that is unheard of in today’s marketplace.

Neil Molyneux
General Manager
Neil Molyneux is the General Manager of Supercare, joining the company in 2006 as Operations Manager. He has helped grow the company from a turnover of $1 million to $17 million per year.
In his role, Neil has built a strong team at Supercare delivering exceptional property services to more than 300 clients across Australia. By staying abreast of contemporary new techniques in property services, together with the managing director, Neil helped Supercare achieve three ISO accreditations in quality management systems, environmental management systems and occupational health and safety systems.
Neil has introduced many innovative products to Supercare’s systems including Stabilised Aqueous Ozone cleaning system that offers chemical free cleaning and reduces the chemical environment cleaners and the clients’ employees are exposed to.
Originally from the UK, Neil began his career in the Royal Navy then moved to Hong Kong before residing in Australia providing client retention for a Sydney based cleaning company.
Neil lives on Sydney’s Northern Beaches where he is a keen supporter of local rugby. Neil is the proud father of a son and twin daughters.

Durasha Fernando
National Sales Manager
Durasha joined the Supercare team in 2017, having gained 12 years of experience in facilities management in Australia and New Zealand.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Management), plus completing Postgraduate Marketing Studies in NZ. Once her studies were concluded she joined the facilities management industry where she performed various roles in Marketing, Account Management and Business Development for a multinational organisation.
In 2012, in recognition of her performance she was promoted and relocated to Australia, where she focused on training and development of sales teams in both Australia and NZ.
Durasha comes to Supercare with extensive experience having headed up a large sales teams in Sydney. Her division in Australia was recognised as the top performing team globally. Her skills involve; marketing, business development, account management, recruiting, training, budgets and cost management, dealing with suppliers and operations.
According to Durasha, sales is; “A consultative process where we work with the client to identify the current situation and identify the client’s needs. As part of this we develop solutions to improve the standards whilst achieving cost efficiencies. Applying this approach ensures that we build strong relationships with our clients and in turn they become advocates for Supercare.”
Durasha focuses on, national business development, marketing and customer service.

Peter Vanzwan
National Operations Manager
Peter Vanzwan is the National Operations Manager for Supercare leading a team of six customer service managers ensuring operational targets, budgets and deadlines are met.
With a focus on customer service and compliance, Peter manages quality control across more than 250 NSW clients achieving an impressive 99 per cent performance-based client retention rate.
In his previous role as the Operations Manager for ARA Property Services he established client relationships, managed staff, ensured compliance and built OH&S development practices across its clients.

Tracie Munro
Queensland Branch Manager
Tracie Munro is the Queensland Branch Manager focused on providing tailored cleaning solutions to clients in Queensland. Her aptitude in building long term relationships and servicing clients has helped generate a strong base of more than 70 clients in the Queensland division since its inception in 2013.
Tracie joined Supercare in 2015 and manages all sales and operations in Queensland. In 2018 she oversaw tremendous growth, increasing revenue for the branch by 25 per cent. Prior to Supercare, Tracie was the Operations Manager and later the State Manager for franchise Coverall Cleaning Services.
When Tracie is not on her home turf in Queensland, she is a keen traveller recently visiting Indonesia and Cambodia. She also enjoys spending time with her family and one-year old granddaughter.

Saurajit Sinha Roy
Vic Manager
Saurajit (Roy) has 15 years working in the cleaning industry.
With business management and team leadership experience, Roy has grown the Victorian branch of Supercare to more than 50 clients. His passion for the industry and his can-do approach to client service, has helped create long term clients.
A strong driving force in delivering sales, operational and support team, Roy understands the customer’s needs. He offers valuable insight and a disciplined approach to promoting innovation to ensure sales, operation and support teams are well resourced.
