Allan Poole has joined Supercare as a Brisbane based Customer Service Manager. Allan has eleven years’ experience managing the cleaning for a diverse spread of organisations and locations, from offices to Catholic Universities, Western Australia to Queensland.

With a clear focus on customer service, Allan works in collaboration with the client to ensure cleaning meets the required quality standard while working to the Scope of Works. He is trained in WHS and sustainability in cleaning which has seen him incorporate this into client sites where possible.
