The Supercare App

Supercare’s bespoke app provides:

  • Daily SOW checklist – Indicates tasks that are completed and not completed
  • Periodical reminders and completion Eg. For a quarterly steam clean, the cleaner will take a photo when completed and submit. A report can be sent to the client when completed.
  • Channel for cleaners to alert the client for any maintenance required, with a photo of what’s required.
  • Notify Supercare when consumables are low in stock and need ordering.
  • Reports emailed to the client with tasks completed against the SOW and completed periodical requests.

Supercare advocates Energised Water Technology for cleaning 

As an ISO 14001:2018 Environmental Accredited Company, Supercare recommends the use of energised water as a cleaning agent that is  environmentally responsible, saves on all building surfaces and fixtures. The installation of a Stabilised Aqueous System reduces chemical consumption by up to 80 ltrs.

Service Level Agreements

Supercare ensures SLAs are in place through the organisation and used for a variety of industry types. These are designed to meet expected service levels in accordance with the scope of works and discussed at client performance review meetings either month, quarterly or as required.
