By the implementation of the above APP Supercare becomes the extra pair of eyes and ears whilst on site. Any defect, repair needed or OH&S Issue is emailed via the App instantly to the site Facility Manager or to a nominated plumber, electrician or handyman so that it can be dealt within the first instance.
