At the close of 2022 Supercare Property Services takes stock of a year where the marketplace is still adjusting after Covid-19 disruptions. Where hand sanitising, vaccinations and workplace cleaning still take centre stage to ensure our environment is healthy for all, so we can safely live alongside this infectious disease.
Australia continues to experience a national cleaner labour shortage and Supercare has remained focused on ensuring client needs are met and business continuity is provided.
2022 has been a great year for Supercare considering client needs beyond basic cleaning. Audit reporting is more prevalent than previous years and businesses require facility management systems that provide on-demand transparency. Supercare will continue into the New Year researching and developing apps and online systems for check-in, storage of essential documents and the auditing and reporting that clients require of their facility management service.
Supercare introduced employee engagement with the Bill Crews Foundation this year with NSW employees taking a day out every six months to help serve meals at the Bills Crews Foundation Loaves and Fishes restaurant in Ashfield NSW for the homeless and those in need. With approximately 200 meals served each session, it is service with a smile Supercare enjoying this opportunity to give back to the community.
On behalf of everyone at Supercare, we wish you a mask free, relaxing holiday with family and friends and a prosperous New Year.
