NSW Operations increases with two new employees in 2020

Supercare Property Services is beginning 2020 with two new employees, Duane Marriott (right) joining as a Customer Services Manager and James Vanzwan (left) providing Compliance and Operational Support to Supercare’s NSW clients.

Duane will focus on major clients such as Autosports, IVF and Strathfield Golf Club in the city and South West Sydney conducting on-site inspections and providing cleaning services that are in accordance to the Scope of Works.

“My background in hotel management is perfect for building and sustaining relationships with our extensive and diverse client base. Supercare Property Services provides quality cleaning services that ensures the business or location is always exceptionally presented. I’m looking forward to getting to know all my clients and helping increase their cleaning quality standard,” says Duane.

James will manage compliance for all of Supercare NSW’s clients ensuring audit requirements are adhered to and recorded through Supercare’s online inspection and reporting tool CleanTelligent. His dual responsibility sees him also providing customer services to some clients.

“Working at Supercare builds on my Account Manager and Business Development Manager role I held at Optus, managing business relationships and problem solving across 800+ customers.,” says James. “I will be building customer relationships and helping to ensure cleaning compliance across Supercare NSW clients, performing audits and reporting on outcomes.”
