The COVID–19 outbreak in Australia is unprecedented and at Supercare we are continuously updating our knowledge on the situation and how to prevent the spread of the disease.
We recommend you adopt the advice from the Department of Health such as employees practicing social distancing and washing their hands with soap and water or using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser.
Every night our cleaners enter the premises of more than 380 clients across the nation and we are committed to creating a safe environment for everybody. In addition to cleaners being more thorough, cleaning touch points on door handles, light switches and toilet door locks etc. every cleaner is being currently vetted as part of new toolbox training which asks questions such as ‘Have you travelled internationally in the past 14 days?’
The new toolbox training also helps further educate our cleaners on COVID-19 to prevent the spread of the outbreak and deliver a safe and continued high level cleaning service.
