Oshan Perera has joined the marketing team as a Business Development Manager with a focus on building Supercare’s client base in NSW.
Prior to joining Supercare, Oshan was a Key Account Manager for Rentokil Initial where he increased his portfolio from $1.8 million to $3 million while maintaining a 90 per cent customer retention. His major clients included Uniting, Ausgrid, USYD, UNSW, UWS, Bankstown Sports Club, Mounties and local councils.
National Sales and Marketing manager for Supercare, Durasha Fernando states, “I was Oshan’s manager from 2015 to 2017 at Rentokil Initial where he looked after 180 sites. He was someone I had great respect for and despite his massive spread of clients, I knew every client was receiving the personal attention they needed,” Durasha comments.
“One of Oshan’s strengths is building his client base and meeting targets head on. His propensity to exceed sales targets saw him eclipse his sales target by 20 per cent in 2017, by 30 per cent in 2018 and by 20 per cent in 2019.
“It’s great working with Oshan again and knew he would be a perfect fit. I am confident that his sales and relationship expertise will increase our NSW portfolio and he will be an asset to the Supercare team.”
