Supercare starts the year with three new employees across key roles in account management and marketing. The two new Area Managers have joined the NSW team at Supercare with Lachlan Brown looking after Sydney and the North Shore, Northern Beaches area and Alex Lynch focused on Sydney city and south. Kylie Arena has also started as part of the sales and marketing team.
Lachlan returned from the UK after four years managing 13 portfolios of 40-50 apartment blocks in London as a property Manager. He is presently studying Strata Management to provide more insight into Property Management and be more effective looking after his clients. He looks forward to using his practical and theoretical property management skills with Supercare clients.
Alex joined Supercare to manage the Sydney city and Sydney South portfolios with major clients in these areas. Alex has 20 years as an Area Manager across NSW and ACT at the Indigenous construction and cleaning company Pacific Group Holdings with clients such as Lendlease whereby sites were made up of cities of portable site sheds. Working with people from different backgrounds provided Alex with a great grounding to communicate, problem solve, understand how people operate and best manage their needs.
Kylie has jumped into the Marketing Associate role after previously managing the sales and marketing for HiPoint Directories’ exhibitions. With a marketing degree, Kylie brings a goal orientated sales focus which saw Supercare introducing new software that has already brought in new customers.
